These Terms of Sale govern every order placed with Crazy Neat Concepts ("we", "us", "our") through this website. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read them before you buy.
1. WHO WE ARE

[email protected]. Phone (239) 229-5979. Business hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern. We design and CNC-cut marine mats, flooring and accessories in the United States.
2. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
Two different things, with different rules, so it matters which one you ordered:
· STOCK ITEMS are products listed in the shop at a fixed price and shipped from inventory.
· CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER WORK is cut for one specific boat from your template, measurements, colours, artwork or boat name. It does not exist until you order it and it cannot be resold.
3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email, or when we ship, whichever happens first. We may decline or cancel an order before that point — for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or we cannot verify the payment or delivery address. If we cancel and you have already paid, you get a full refund.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken in full at checkout by card through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before charging or shipping, and you may cancel.
5. CUSTOM WORK: APPROVAL, CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Custom work is cut to what you approve, so please check it carefully:
· We work from the template, measurements, colours and artwork you supply or approve. If those are wrong, the finished piece will be wrong, and a re-cut is a new order at normal price.
· You may change or cancel a custom order at no charge any time BEFORE cutting begins. Once material has been cut to your specification it cannot be cancelled or returned, because it fits only your boat.
· You confirm you have the right to use any logo, artwork, boat name or other material you send us, and that our cutting it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
6. LEAD TIMES AND DELIVERY
Stock items normally leave our shop within 1 to 2 business days. Custom-fit work normally takes 2 to 3 weeks from an approved template to delivery. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and they can move with material supply and order volume — we will tell you if your order is running late. We ship to the continental United States (the lower 48). Shipping is free to the lower 48 states. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes delivery from us; if a shipment arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days and we will sort it out with the carrier.
7. INSTALLATION IS YOURS
Our products use 3M peel-and-stick adhesive backing and are designed for customer installation. Prepare the surface as instructed, dry-fit before you peel, and be sure of placement: once the adhesive is pressed down the piece is committed. We are not responsible for a piece installed in the wrong position, installed over a surface that was not clean and dry, or damaged during installation, and we are not responsible for damage to your boat's gelcoat, paint, wrap or other surfaces caused by installation or removal.
8. RETURNS
Products are returnable only if they are defective. To start a return, contact
[email protected]. If we approve a defect return, we refund the item and the return shipping you paid. Full details are in our Refunds & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. WARRANTY
We warrant our products for 1 year from delivery against delamination, UV fading and manufacturing defects, when used and maintained as intended on a boat. This warranty does not cover normal wear, fading of colour beyond the tolerances of marine-grade material, damage from impact, abrasion, harsh solvents or close-range pressure washing, adhesive failure caused by installation onto an unprepared surface, or any piece that has been modified or re-cut. Our obligation under this warranty is, at our option, to repair or replace the affected piece or to refund what you paid for it. To make a claim, email

10. LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the warranty above: our products are supplied for recreational marine use and we give no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost fishing or charter time, missed tournaments, haul-out or yard fees, or loss of use of your boat — and our total liability for any order will not exceed what you paid for that order.
11. YOUR INFORMATION
We handle the details you give us as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. CHANGES, LAW AND DISPUTES
We may change these Terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the version you agreed to is recorded with your order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Florida. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
