This policy explains what Crazy Neat Concepts collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Questions:

WHAT WE COLLECT
· When you order: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and what you bought.
· When you contact us or request a quote: whatever you put in the form — typically your name, email, phone, boat make, model and year, and what you are after.
· Payment details: entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the card brand and last four digits. We never see or store your full card number.
· Automatically: basic visit information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring site, and device and browser type. We use this to understand how the site is used and to spot abuse.
WHY WE USE IT
To take, make, ship and support your order; to answer your questions and quote custom work; to send order and shipping notifications; to keep records we are required to keep; to protect the site against spam and fraud; and, only if you asked for it, to send occasional offers.
MARKETING
We only send marketing email or text if you opted in. Every marketing message has an unsubscribe link, and you can also just reply or email
[email protected] and we will stop. Order and shipping notifications are not marketing and are sent regardless, because you need them.
WHO ELSE SEES IT
Only the services needed to run the shop, and only for that purpose: our payment processor (Stripe), our shipping carriers, our email provider, and our website hosting and infrastructure provider. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order records for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and tax purposes. Quote and contact enquiries for up to two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
YOUR CHOICES
Email
[email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do that where we are not required to keep it — for example, we have to keep completed order and tax records. If you are in a place with additional data rights, tell us and we will honour them.
COOKIES
The site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart and your session working, and to measure traffic. Blocking cookies in your browser will stop the cart from working.
CHILDREN
This site is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
CHANGES
If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with a new effective date.
