WHERE WE SHIP
The continental United States — the lower 48 states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or internationally. If you are outside the lower 48 and want something, email
[email protected] and we will quote freight separately.
WHAT IT COSTS
Shipping is FREE to the lower 48 states. There are no handling or packaging surcharges.
WHEN IT SHIPS
· Stock items: normally within 1 to 2 business days of your order.
· Custom and made-to-order work: normally 2 to 3 weeks from an approved template or spec.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. These are good-faith estimates rather than guarantees — material supply and order volume move them — and we will tell you if your order is running behind.
TRACKING
You get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us, and your order page shows the latest tracking status.
ADDRESSES
We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so please check it. If you spot a mistake, email
[email protected] straight away — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after. Packages returned to us as undeliverable are refunded in full.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Risk passes to you when the carrier collects from us, but we will not leave you with it: if your order arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it and deal with the carrier ourselves.
